We rescue neglected and traumatized animals from all circumstances, we rehabilitate them, and when they're ready we partner with them to heal people with the same stories of trauma. We rescue cows, horses, pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys, peacocks, emus, llamas, donkeys, and more. The relationship between the owners and cows are very intimate. And it has been multiple times recorded that when there' s a death in a family, the cow which is sitting in the backyard and doesn' t really seen what is going on within home, feels it and sheds tears. I have known a friend' s father who has built himself like a stone hearted fellow, who didn' t shed tears when his parents died, cried like a baby when his bull died. I am surprised people are talking about cows having character and visitors. In india, cows are equivalent to human family members. They are part of our celebrations and festivals. Let her out for grazing with other cows but being in a new environment she went home id="hidden13" after 2-3 hours (unlike others who go home at evening) i didn' t know this story & being an animal lover i saw this new cow near my house & i started giving it treats. She started recognizing me & running to me & even waited for me at our usual spot.
fast forward the neighbours told my mom " suddenly our cow has started spending more time outside & she returns home in the evening"
