Dhere 4-5 km tk running kr leta hu. id="hidden4" iske liye thnx. Bt meri 1600 miter ki timing bhut kharab hai. 8 se 8. 5 min lg jaata hai. Aaise me kya kru. Saans bhi fulti hai. Kya diet lu.
