Mexican Beef Steak With Mashroom Sauce By Faria's Kitchen

Ingredients: Beef steak 1/2 kg Salt 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Mustard paste 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp Mixed herbs 1 tsp Vinegar 1/2 tbs Mustard oil 1 tbs Marinate for 1 hr Prepare mushroom sauce: Garlic chopped 1 tbs Onion chopped 1/4 cup Saute for a minute Mushroom sliced 1 cup Fry 3-4 minutes Black pepper Crushed 1 tsp Red chilli Crushed 1 tsp Oyster sauce 1 tsp Tomato hot sauce 1 tbs Tomato ketchup 1/4 cup Chicken powder 1 tsp Mix well and set aside Butter 1 tbs Marinated steak Cook on low flame 8-10 mins each side Onion rings Capsicum julienne Carrot sliced Tomato sliced Grill for 2-3 minutes Set aside Heat sizzler pan Add stir fry vegetables, cooked beef steak and drizzle mushroom sauce and serve!
