Relationship ended with my wife of 15years last summer after several years of drifting apart. The passion and intimacy went and we were just roommates for the last few years in a Dead Bedroom situation. She pulled the trigger and I initially wanted to save it, but she was adamant and it was frankly a relief to be able to let go after years of trying to fix things and hoping they'd get better. She never tried, stuck to her guns and refused counselling. She told me over again 'it's meant to be easy. it shouldn't be hard work.'
