INGREDIENTS⬇
FOR THE CHICKEN⬇
▶ 1100 g. chicken skin on chopped into 8 pieces
▶ 1 tbsp. parsley dried
▶ 1 tsp. garlic powder
▶ 1 tsp. onion powder
▶ 1 tsp. salt
▶ 1 tsp. oregano
▶ 2 tbsp. sunflower oil
▶ 1/2 tsp. black pepper
▶ 1 tsp. dried thyme
▶ 1 piece chicken stock cube
NOTE 👉 Marinate overnight in the fridge
Oven temperature 👉 450 ℉ for 30 mins.
FOR THE RICE ⬇
▶ 2 tbsp. butter
▶ 1 tbsp. minced garlic
▶ A choice of mushroom
▶ 1 medium onion chopped
▶1/2 tsp. paprika
▶ 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
▶ 1 cube chicken stock
▶ some salt and pepper to taste
▶ 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
▶ 3 cups basmati rice or any rice of choice,washed and cleaned
▶ enough amount of chicken stock or water
NOTE⬇
When chicken and rice together in a baking dish
Oven Temperature 👉 350 ℉ for 15 mins. first for the rice only,covered with foil.
Put the grilled chicken on top of the rice covered with foil bring back to the oven for another 15 mins. or so.
