With Covid-19 catching nations off guard, governments responding too little too late, and stressed medical communities improvising treatments, it is easy to feel powerless. None the less, we can still maintain a small degree of control in the decisions we make to stay healthy. Wudang Five Animal Qigong is one system of qigong originated in Wudang Mountain, China and practiced by Daoists and Martial Artists there to maintain flexibility, balance, and a healthy body. The five animals taken from traditional Chinese culture are Turtle, Snake, Crane, Tiger, and Dragon. Each animal represents one of the five major organ systems of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Snake represents the Lung Organ System. Coordinating the movements with the breath can improve oxygen saturation in the blood stream and help keep the immune system in good working order. My apologies for any deficiencies in the video. It is my first in 75 years. It is much easier and healthier to actually do the form than to make a video of it!  Thank you to my teacher(and his teachers) for teaching us this form. A teaching video is available from his website: http://www.wudangdao.com
