@mikie7773 years ago I love when you said, "You can make a whole stack of pancakes, I love a whole stack of pancakes," because same, I love pancakes. But also, it made me nostalgic of 1am trips to a local diner with friends where we would order a $2 dollar stack of pancakes and hangout. As a not so proud perfectionist, I try so hard not to splatter my pancakes. I have always tried to flip them perfectly without splattering, however I am often unsuccessful. So I have simply resorted to trimming the edges once cooked and they turn out looking amazing! As for your question at the end of the video, I love my eggs scrambled. Thanks for another awesome video Frugal Willie Mae, we love your content. :) ... 3

@rstumbaugh433 years ago Miss Willie Mae, thank you so very much for that great video!!! Those pancakes looked sooo amazing, golden brown and delicious! The eggs, done both ways, were perfect!!! I like my eggs both ways just like that! This video was extremely helpful, especially with the temperature control, different stoves, etc., and I know it will definitely help a lot of people, especially those going to cast iron themselves for the 1st time, some, may even remember their mom or grandma making incredibly delicious meals in cast iron. ... 2

@jamesadams45083 years ago I appreciate your informative video on the little details that beginner cooks like me don’t fully understand… I wish I could cook eggs over easy as good as you 😊
Often when I flip the egg it breaks open and runs everywhere 😉
Understanding the temperature better now after you video may help me cook the egg better and loose so many eggs , so thank you

@gabeboiadvanced72953 years ago Idk about anyone else, but my glass cook top stoves "medium" gets the pan to like 500° f or more in like 3 minutes, and I know that because avocado oil starts smoking on it, and avocado oil has a smoke point of 500°f ... 1
