BETA: Unused Cyrus Event in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl

This unused script of Cyrus meeting you in Floaroma Town was scrapped and you meet Cyrus later in the game in the final version. The discovery of the script was done by MAP, and was faithfully restored by me. The evidence of the script is compelling, as the script itself is present, the triggers to activate it are too, but unused, and Cyrus his sprite is in Floaroma's NPC table with the coordinates placed just above the triggers. I know this is different from my usual content, but I thought it'd be interesting to share anyway!
