☑️ Macros per slice: 104 Kcal / 7g Protein / 10g Carbs / 4g Fat 🥣 Ingredients (for 8 slices): 300g Sweet Potatoes 20g Light Ketchup 20g Mustard 1/2 Onion 20g Pickles 150g Beef Mince 100g Grated Light Cheese Salt & Pepper Begin by peeling one big sweet potato and cut it into thin slices. Then lay out the slices on a baking sheet and spread a thin layer of mustard and light ketchup on it. Top each slice with a small amount of the ground beef, season it with salt and pepper and put some diced pickles and onions on top of it. Finish each slice with some grated light cheese and put it in the oven at 200° for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
