Falsa juice Recipe in English Ingredients: - Water 2 cups - Falsa 2 cups - Sugar 2 Tablespoon - Ice cubes - Black Salt To taste Directions: - Wash falsa properly. In a blender add falsa, sugar and ice cubes and blend well - Take a bowl and strain the mixture and add black salt and mix well. - Delicious falsa juice is ready to serve. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: - Pani 2 cup - Falsa 2 cup - Cheeni 2 khanay ke chamach - Ice cubes - Kala namak hasbe zaika Bananay ka tareeka: - Falsay achi tarah dho len. Blender main pani, falsay, cheeni or ice cubes shamil krain. - Ache se blend Karen. Phir Juice ko chaan len aur kala namak shamil Karen. - Aap ka falsay ka juice paish krne k liye tayar hai. Falsa Sharbat Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Falsay (Grewia) washed ½ Kg -Pani (Water) 1 Cup -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 kg -Pani (Water) 1 litre -Lemon juice ¼ Cup -Kala namak (Black salt) 1 & ½ tbs -Falsa sharbat (Grewia syrup) 2 tbs or to taste -Ice cubes -Pani (Water) chilled 1 Cup Directions: -In pot,add grewia and water,mix well and cook for 5 minutes. -Cover and cook on low flame until soft (5-6 minutes). -Now mash well with masher then strain with the help of the strainer by adding little water in between, discard seeds & set aside. -In wok,add sugar and water,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved and continue cook until syrup thickens. -Now add cooked grewia pulp,mix well and cook on medium low flame for 2-3 minutes. -Add lemon juice,black salt and mix well,bring it to boil and cook for 5-6 minutes. -Let it cool down. -Can be stored in refrigerator for up to a month (yields 1.5 litres). -In serving glass,add grewia syrup,ice cubes and water. -Stir & serve. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Falsay (Grewia) washed ½ Kg -Pani (Water) 1 Cup -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 kg -Pani (Water) 1 litre -Lemon juice ¼ Cup -Kala namak (Black salt) 1 & ½ tbs -Falsa sharbat (Grewia syrup) 2 tbs or to taste -Ice cubes -Pani (Water) chilled 1 Cup Directions: -Pot mein falsay aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5 minutes kliya paka lein. -Dhak dein aur halki ancch per naram hunay tak paka lein (5-6 minutes). -Ab masher sa ache tarhan mash karein phir strainer ki madad sa strain ker lein aur bech bech mein thora pani daltay rahein,beej ko pheek dein aur side per rakh dein. -Karhai mein cheeni aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni dissolves ho janay aur sheera garha hunay tak paka lein. -Ab paka huwa falsay ka pulp dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Lemon juice aur kala namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein. -Thanda ker lein. -Refrigerator mein 1 month tak store ker saktay han (yields 1.5 litres). -Serving glass mein falsa sharbat,ice cubes aur pani dal dein. -Stir ker ka serve karein.
