Oats Poha, Vegetable Oats Poha, Healthy Oats Poha, Healthy breakfast recipe. Whats needed? 1. Oats - 2 Cups 2. Onion - 1 3. Ground Nuts - 1/2 Cup 4. Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon 5. Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon 6. Green Chili - 2 7. Curry Leaves- 8-10 8. Green Peas - 1/4 Cup 9. French Beans - 1/4 Cup 10. Carrot - 1/4 Cup 11. Potato - 1 12. Green Bell Pepper - 1/4 Cup 13. Yellow Bell Pepper - 1/4 Cup 14. Lemon Juice - 2 teaspoon 15. Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon 16. Salt - as per taste 17. Chat Masala - 1 teaspoon 18. Coriander - For garnishing 19. Oil - 2 tablespoon 20. Water - 1/2 Cup What's The Recipe? 1. Take Oats in a strainer and wet it with water in small quantities 2. Take oil in a frying pan and heat it, fry the peanuts till it becomes golden brown. Now take them out. 3. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chili, onion, potato, peas, french beans, carrot, green and yellow bell pepper and mix it well, now close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins. 4. Now add turmeric and salt and mix all the ingredients well. Add oats and mix well. Now add lemon juice and chat masala and mix well, close the lid and cook for 2-3 mins. 5. Sprinkle small amount of water and close the lid again and cook for 1-2 mins on low flame. Now add groundnuts and coriander for garnishing. Oats poha is ready, serve it hot.
