I HAVE EXPLAINED HOW TO FIND THE ROOTS OF QUADRATIC EQUATION JUST BY SEEING IT , IT IS THE SHORTEST AND FASTEST TRICK TO SOLVE SOME OF QUADRATIC EQUATIONS ,SUM OF WHOSE COEFFICIENTS IS ZERO roots of equation, identity matrix, complex number formula, Quadratic Equation Any expression of the form ax2 + bx + c = 0, where x represents a variable , and a, b, and c are constants but a ≠ 0 , is known as Quadratic Equation.The numbers a, b, and c are called coefficients of the equation. ax2 + bx + c = 0, a ≠ 0 is called the standard form of a quadratic equation. Examples 1 x2 + 4x − 4 = 0 2 3x2 + 4x +4 = 0 3 2x2 - 4x − 5 = 0 4 5x2 -7x + 3 = 0 5 10 x2 + 9x − 8= 0 6 1.5x2 + 4.8x − 4.3 = 0 7 3x2 + 2x + 1 = 0 8 x2 +5x −20 = 0 9 2x2 – 3x + 1 = 0 10 4x – 3x2 + 2 = 0 and 11 1 – x2 + 300x = 0 Discriminant The number D = b2 – 4ac determined from the coefficients of the equation ax2 + bx + c = 0 is called the Discriminant of the Quadratic Equation.
