Now, touch the tip of the thumb with ring and little fingers. The thumb symbolizes the fire element, ring finger symbolizes the earth element, and the little finger symbolizes the water element. BENEFITS :- Prana mudra has several benefits for physical and mental health. It may enhance immunity, may improve eyesight, might help get rid of cramps, may reduce pain in limbs and legs and might improve blood circulation. It may also energise and possibly improve the functioning of vital organs like the lungs and heart. 2. PRITHVI MUDRA :- HOW TO DO :- First, sit in a relaxed position. Now, bring your ring finger and your thumb closer. Next, place your hands with palms facing upwards on the thighs or above the knees. Slowly fold your ring finger and tap the tip of the ring finger to the tip of the thumb with some pressure. Try to keep the rest of the three fingers extended and straight as much as possible. BENEFITS :- 'prithvi' means earth, and 'mudra' means a gesture of the hands. Therefore, Prithvi mudra helps to awaken the element of earth in our body. Prithvi mudra may improve stamina, relieve fatigue and boost the growth of tissues.
