Planning a smart and sustainable city

Wally Elmasri, Director of Roads and Infrastructure, describes our work to develop the design of the Al Abdali Kuwait Economic Zone (KEZ). Located 90km from Kuwait Metropolitan area and the international airport, the site is inland and close to the Iraq border. The project aims to develop an economic hub for Kuwait utilising the latest innovations in smart-technology and sustainability.
