The system is a public site and is seen by thousands of visitors each year. Now in its' second year of operation, the system includes a double spiral shaped "Hempcrete" pathway, buried tanks for temperature control, view window, worm bin, artful descriptive signage and much more! Unlike conventional systems, this one utilizes an efficient DC water pump using 300% less electricity than standard ones used in Aquaponics.
