Here is an easy pasta recipe that everyone love. Try and enjoy it. Ingredients: Beef qeema (mince) lean (two and half cups) Penne pasta (2 cups) Cream (200 ml) Vinegar / lemon juice (1 tbsp) Milk ( 3 tbsp) Butter (2 tbsp) Cooking oil ( one and half tbsp) Chopped Onion (half cup) Garlic ( 1 tbsp) Mushrooms sliced (half cup) Stock/ yakhni ( one and half cup) Cheddar cheese ( 2-3 tbsp) Salt (1 tsp or to taste) Black pepper ( 1 tsp) Crushed chilli ( half tsp) Oregano ( 1 tsp) Worcestershire sauce ( 1 tbsp) Mustard paste ( 1 tbsp) Green onion (optional) Directions: Boil beef qeema (mince) for 25-30 minutes. Boil penne pasta according to instructions given on the box. In a bowl add cream, vinegar and milk and mix well and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. In a pan, add butter and oil and let it melt. Then add onion and cook it till it is translucent. Add garlic and cook for another minute. After that add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add yakhni and let it combine. Add boiled mince , sour cream, salt, pepper, crushed chilli, oregano, Worcestershire sauce and mustard paste and mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 miniutes. Add penne pasta and mix well.
