Step 1: fry the vermicelli in some vegetable oil. Step 2: add the rice and the salt Step 3: add water *Note: 1kg of rice needs 2 liters of cold water Cover you pot and bring to boil. When the rice absorbs all the water, summer on low heat for around 15 minutes or until the rice grains are tender and ready to serve
