Ingredients:
Toor dal 1/4 c
Water 2c
Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Shallots 1/4 c
Green chili 1
Tomato 2 (1/2C)
Lady finger 1 c chopped(5nos)
K chiili powder 1 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek powder 1/8 tsp
Salt 1 1/4 tsp
Jaggery 1 1/4 tsp
For tempering
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 4-5
Curry leaves few
Dry chilli 1
shallots 2
