In a big development in Sushant Singh Rajput's case Supreme Court has denied protection to Rhea Chakraborty from Bihar police. It is a massive victory for the Sushant Sigh Rajput's family and has allowed Buhar to continue their investigation for the next three days until all parties respond.
The Supreme Court also condemned the forceful confinement of Bihar police officer Vinay Tiwari by the Mumbai Civic body but BMC confirms that Bihar police officer will have to undergo the mandatory 14-day quarantine.
The Supreme Court has today asked the Mumbai Police to file an affidavit within 3 days to prove they had shown a 'professional attitude' towards the Sushant Singh death case.
Meanwhile, the Centre has accepted the Bihar government's request recommending a CBI enquiry into Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Rajput's sister Shweta Singh expressed satisfaction over the decision. "CBI it is!" she said on her social media accounts.
