Batter Ingredients;
Dry:
4 Cups Flour (2 cups cf +2cups apf)
3 tsp Baking Soda
3 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp salt
2 C. Granulated sugar
Wet :
1 1/2 Dilluted milk (water 11/4+1/4 milk)
4 tsp vanilla
1 C. Vegetabel Oil
12 Eggyolks
For Meringue:
12 Eggwhites
1tsp cream of tartar (COT)
1 Cup granulated Sugar
Bake:
300-320°F (55-70mins)
Yield:
(1) Rectangle 9x13x2, (1) Round 8x2 OR for 8x2 alone it will yield (3) pans (if no deflate)
