First mix the organic country sugar into 80ml of water and drain them off, now add 3 tsp of tapioca flour into the syrup mix it well make sure there was no lumps in it then add remaining tapioca flour and mix it well... Take a pan add the prepared mixture and gently stir on low flame,, after 2-3 minutes boba dough is ready,,then flat the dough into roti maker and make a small balls,, Take a bowl add water and allow them to boil, once water boil add boba balls into it.. Cook for 3-5 minutes switch off the stove strain the water, and add the boba into ice water..
