Mix lukewarm milk and yeast and sugar, let it sit for 5-10 minutes until yeast proofs. 2. Add salt, oil, flour and mix well with a stand mixer if you have, kneed until soft and elastic. Add few drops of oil and cover. Let the dough sit for 2 hours in the warm place till it doubled. 3. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and set aside. 4. Punch down the dough and divide into 2 parts. Make sure to keep one portion little more than the other. Keep the dough covered. 5. Roll one portion of dough into a disc of about 8" in diameter. Transfer the disc on to a baking dish. Spread filling on the disk leaving about 1/2 " gap from the edges. 6. Dip a pastry brush in water and brush uncovered portion. Roll out another piece of dough into a disc slightly bigger than the first one. 7. Place over the first disc, pressing on the sides to seal. Cover with a moist kitchen towel.  8. Set aside for another 30 minutes to proof or until doubled. Make a slit with a knife on the top with a knife this helps to expand during baking. 9. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 10. Brush the top with milk and transfer to the oven and bake for 18 - 20 minutes, until the tops turn light brown. 11. Place the dish on a wire rack to cool and then turn the dilkush out of the pan and allow it to cool completely before slicing.
