//Should you follow a GLUTEN FREE diet to be healthy or it is okay to eat gluten? In this video I will give you three questions to ask yourself in order to decide if you should try elimination diet and remove gluten for a while or it is not necessary. If you realize you have gluten sensitivity, I recommend to see your doctor to find out more about it. If it’s light gluten sensitivity, then you still can consume gluten sometimes (say, once a week). However, if turns out you’ve got celiac disease (hope not), then you must follow a strict gluten free diet.
