liver is normal in size(11. 1cm) outline with altered ecotexture. secondly as per lft report.
key fundings are given below.
ast - 37
alt - 58
ast alt ratio 0. 64
a. G ratio 2. 60.
patient doesn' t consume alcohol and vegetarian.
most likely it is case of non alcoholic fatty liver disease.

@Samiradhikari094 years ago Liver:- Enlarged in size (165 mm). The liver parenchyma is homogenous in echotexture.
No focal lesion seen. I.H.B.R not ascites.
SPLEEN:- (123 mm) Enlarged in size.
Homogenous parenchyma.Hilar vessels not dilated.
IMPRESSION: 1.Hepatosplenomegaly
2.Hyperechoic Pancreas
